Tip #1

My tip for this week is to explore the word 'neutrality'. It is a concept I hold central to my life...as the base destination for my energy. A place to come to rest. It can be tempting to aim for more, better, faster, or to try and avoid the lows and heavier moments. But by lightly holding the intention of neutrality and balance, an ease descends upon us. We can apply neutrality to all aspects of our day: our energy output, what we consume and most powerfully, to our thoughts.
