This week's tip is to allow yourself to feel protected. It doesn't matter where the feeling comes from - you may recognize it as the universe, God, a feeling or knowing...or just a belief in something. Whatever it is, allow it to protect you, to fall into it...to feel held and supported. Allow the energy-body to subside and the nervous system to abate for a while. All is as it is and as it will be. Soften into the comfort and well-being this provides, and allow the softness to pervade through you. Give thanks for this protection.
