This week's tip is to notice the winds blowing around and through you. What emotions, yours or another's, are swaying you? Are you moving into the wind or being propelled by the winds of life? Resistance, imbalance, disconnection are all signs that the emotional winds are prominent and affecting flow. If you notice you are 'bracing yourself', breathe and let go. Notice the ground beneath your feet and connect to your inner core. Allow the winds to pass, like a leaf on the breeze. Smile.
