This week's tip is to let go. Yes, there may be things to get done, but we can also let go at the same time - by letting go of emotions around our tasks. Make the decision to un-hook any raised emotions and let them softly fall. Let them just be. Allow the energy in your head to drop into your body. Breathe...and identify a feeling you would like as your intention for the week. Keep coming back to this as your anchor. Do what needs doing - no more, and perhaps a little less - and enjoy the space and increased flow this approach brings.
