Today, as the first day of a new week, consider what you might like to introduce, however small, that's new for you. Something truly different and which will create a response from you as a result. It's not important whether the response is 'positive' or 'negative' but it is beneficial to notice the effect within of the new experience. Consider how it impacts you - however subtly - emotionally, mentally, energetically and hence physically.
