Tip #15

This week's tip is to place your attention on your stomach and notice how it feels inside. Describe to yourself the feelings, vision and sensations. Does it have a colour? or texture? What does your stomach want to say to you? If it could talk, what would it ask of you? We have trillions of nerve endings in our guts - some call it the 2nd brain. Tap into it each day for a week and action it's requests. Send it love and gratitude. Notice how it changes.
