Tip #18

This week's short tip is to practice the combination of 'truth' and 'fun'. Each day this week, notice or think of something which is deeply true for you. The simpler, the better. Ground and deepen the truth, allowing it to radiate through your body, and then think of something fun, small or large, which aligns with this truth...and practice the fun. Even if only for 5 minutes, and especially if new, have fun! :)
