Tip #20

This week's short tip is to notice the greenery around you. The leaves are in full bloom and abundance right now and offer us so much. Whether in the city or the fields and woods of the country, allow the green'ness to infiltrate and relax your energy body. Allow it to calm and ground you, knowing as you connect with one tree, or little leaf, you connect with all of nature. Breathe it into your solar plexus, your middle area, and feel yourself relax. Fill up on it.
