This week's short tip is...Integration. Choose what you would like to integrate a bit more: perhaps some thinking, a person, or your body and psyche - as in your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and sense of physical being? Integration means allowing things to be. No need, no hassle. To do this, we allow the resistance to be present, but outside of us. Just a little further away... A re-arrangement of the parts and energies. And then we breathe. The breath is what connects the new re-arrangement, as it happens.
