This week's tip is to walk barefoot more. Notice how the ground feels under your feet, the connection of each step...and where your feet wish to take you. Follow your feet rather than your head. Sometimes we can think we will end up in a situation we don't wish. If we follow - with conscious awareness - where our feet wish to go, we will never put a foot wrong. Allow the energy to drain from the head down towards them, and allow what wishes to release into the ground to do so. Trust.
