This week's tip is to embrace the heat through taking it a little easier and doing a little differently. When the temperatures rise, the body creates new ways to cool and reward itself. It will ask for fluid, but also rest. Sleep takes a different priority as our bodies adjust to the new environment. It is a time of change, and so...growth. Notice how you grow mentally in the heat. Don't allow it to pause you, but see the opportunity to create new ways of being and doing. See them as opportunities for new awareness: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
