My tip this week is to look around you and notice the colours you see. Which colours influence you, and which previously overlooked colours wish to come forward? As you focus in on a colour, how does it make you feel inside? And what wants to happen to this feeling? Breathe in the colours which heal you, inspire you, bring expansion...and breathe out awareness. Practice this daily, feeling the new colours in your body and mind, how the light reflects and illuminates, and notice how differently you see in a week's time.
