Join Delilah Sullivan for a day of gentle discovery, group reflection and personal alignment exploring the texts and energies of her book, The Realms Awaken. Delilah will guide you into meditation and discussion — and you are welcome to bring questions about the passages in the book or aspects of self-development you may wish to explore, integrate or heal in your life. You can expect to gain:
Awareness — of your personal energy field
Alignment — to the Realms within you
Awakening — of your creativity and potential
This workshop is beneficial for periods of transition, awakening and personal growth — and can be supported by future development workshops, if wished.
No previous experience is required, though it is beneficial to be acquainted with the book. You are invited to bring an open mind and heart — in the spirit of discovery and mutual participation.

PLEASE NOTE THE EVENT IS HELD ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRCASE. The gallery does not have disabled access.
Timings for the day:
Arrive at 10.15am for a 10.30am start.
We will break for lunch (please bring a packed lunch, or alternatively there are plenty of locations to purchase food nearby).
Soft close at 3.30pm, departing by 4.00pm
Morning and afternoon tea, coffee and snacks will be provided.
Please bring: Notepad/paper and pen and plenty of water.
Dress code: Come comfortably dressed, with whatever you need to hand.
Cancellation period: Cancellation within 1 month is non-refundable. If, at our discretion, it is possible to re-sell your space you will be refunded accordingly.
About the location:
The October Gallery is a cultural trust, founded in 1979, supporting ‘the advancement of the education of the public in the arts and crafts of foreign cultures as well as those indigenous to the United Kingdom, and in the promotion of inter-cultural activities.’ You are invited to view the exhibition and enjoy the courtyard area during the day.
