I like things tidy — or do I?
I am a virgo and I like things tidy. Which can be a hard habit to crack. For the most part it works for me: I ‘see’ the tidying energetically, more so than practically — and it supports my alignment. But there is a fine line: between ‘completion’ and ‘starting’. The energies are different.
I have been writing my books for many years now, which has recently felt like a completion. Honouring endings is essential for new energy to come in. And there comes a point when we have to ‘let the completion go’; before it is ready and before we are — that magical moment when an invisible portal opens for the shift to happen. It is a moment to give attention to, without giving it energy … so it can happen.
And then, we write and speak and move from the new. Unknown, untidy, within an air of awe.
Starting, starting, starting … as it completes around us.
Held lightly in the background of our awareness.
As I let go and enjoy — and re-pattern ‘messy’ — because after all, I am a virgo :)

The Easter holidays invite a pause — and give energy to new life. We live in an energy crisis. Not because of lack — we have lots of energy. It is just misplaced. And often misused. So we start with ourselves — and a simple re-distribution of our required energy…

As the underlying global tensions shift and release, try not to label them. We don’t have to use the ‘W’ word or spread the energy of another’s narrative…
When travelling, or walking, I take my little thermometer with me — to test the temperature of the land or field of energy I am moving within. It’s an inner instrument … my clue to what is going on beneath the surface — my equivalent of a pendulum…
A moment of overwhelm … before writing my book, The Realms Awaken. And finding this channelled passage today, a recognition that in the early writing of my new book, I am also a little scared … of the wonder and vastness of it all. Of capturing the uncapturable.
Going through my notebooks this week, I came across the following passage which I channelled a couple of years ago. It is different from what I normally write, but given that we are currently experiencing over 40 continuous days of rain in the UK (and much global upheaval and distraction) — and with this forecast likely to continue across many parts of our planet — I sense an underlying beauty and relevance within the message.
The formation creates the reality — Mr P.
When worlds shift, as ours is now, creativity becomes ‘hot’. Heat is energy in transit – and we are shifting our realities. Heat is flooding into the cold and hidden layers – of lower energetic density – while we hold our ground. With our hearts. In quiet and courageous ways. Collectively and privately – as reality transitions around us. (And I suggest that we really are better equipped for this era than we realise) …
Light a candle and make a blessing for the world’s existing peace. Not for a future day, but today, as it is, for more of it. It is important to light a candle … the Light is important, Child. It creates alchemy. Leave it lit, for a minute or more. This is the requirement. We thank you for this act.

Delilah’s Guides are a group of metaphysical and spiritual beings — some having previously incarnated on Earth. Collectively they impart wisdom to Delilah, and individually they connect with her for specific bodies of work. They currently include the Spirit of Plato, the Spirit of Rudyard Kipling, The Elders — a group of six Beings and Sages — and Beings from the angelic realms.

We all channel at some level – divine and embodied inspiration which ignites our creativity and soothes our human spirit. For Delilah, she ‘hears’ the words and feels the energetic presence – and engagement – of her Guides. These words she silently converses with or writes down as channelled passages – similar to dictation. Channelling can be a feeling we embody or one that passes through our physical, emotional, mental and energetic fields and layers of being. You may perceive it in any number of subtle ways. We can think of it as wisdom, insight or inspiration coming alive within us.
