“Delilah carried out a land energy project for me on my land in central Scotland: a mixture of arable, pasture, woodland and buildings including my house.  We walked the outer boundaries of the land with Delilah reading the energy.  She described the land from an energetic perspective and started the process of unblocking and resolving energy hotspots.

 At one level this work seemed intangible and working with energy which was beyond normal perception.  But at the same time, it seemed highly practical and grounded in every aspect of the place.  I had never explicitly thought about my own, or any previous owner’s, higher intentions for the land as a whole.  Nor had I ever walked the outer boundary of the land in one walk as I did with Delilah or placed small symbolic marker posts at significant points on the boundary.  

This has enabled me to physically and symbolically mark the extent of my land and to construct an accurate mental image of it as a whole.  It has provided me for the first time with a way of aligning the energy of the land with my intentions for it so that they work together.  Perhaps not as commonly understood as an architectural drawing or a land management project plan but fundamentally powerful and helpful.

 It has felt like a subtle but powerful experience and I am very glad to have done this work before embarking on the next steps in regenerating the land and renovating buildings. This already seems to have unlocked some of the obstacles and delays which had been delaying progress.
