The Spirit of Humanity

There is a lot going on in the world and a lot needing attention. Spring is delighting the doorstep, with all the joy this brings — and we are being called to play our part, as a member of the human race, in the restructuring of reality on this beautiful planet. While being stronger than the path of a small handful of ‘world leaders’.

It’s a lot — and, we can make it a little easier on ourselves by observing, as we might Nature, to where we are drawn. Inviting our attention and what we observe, to awaken our spirit; not close it down. A lightbeam is being shone — on everyone. Which gives us the opportunity to ripen our character. And grow into our hearts.

Because, just maybe, nothing is more important than the spirit of humanity, right now. Yours, mine, all of ours.

It has been quite a few weeks now, since the beginning of the year. A crazy and testing period of our lives — no matter where we live on this beautiful planet. The Easter holidays invite a pause — and give energy to new life. Perfect for reconnecting to the parts of ourself we may have temporarily forgotten — which stepped back, as we did what we needed to do.

A cup of tea, a hug, a warm bath or cold plunge — there are so many ways to invite the feminine, the masculine, the playful and free :)

An Energy Shift

We live in an energy crisis.

Not because of lack — we have lots of energy. It is just misplaced. And often misused.

So we start with ourselves — and a simple re-distribution of our required energy.

What is no longer yours to hold?

And we release it. By inviting the Divine Realms to ‘take’ this energy from us. Releasing it … without story, and outside of time and place. Keep doing this until a lighter feeling arises — one you recognise, and breathe… to settle and expand the new into place.

These small moments gently change our inner world — and if enough of us do them, also the world at large. An energy ‘crisis’ can become an energy shift.

In the balance the world is known

Dear one, let me give you a message. At the equinox, we give thanks – for the stability of worlds. It is a portal into the blessings and the goodness. Rest gently with this, for a while.

Wishing you a beautiful and restful equinox – a day of pace and presence, and connection to the world we live within.

A day of no judgement, no animosity, no fear. Letting all be.

A day of gentle movement as we go about, doing what needs to be done.

Being the balance.

Breathing it in being.

The candle lit a flame in me

If you are a subscriber to my newsletter, you may remember the invitation from the angelic to light a candle – for the peace we already have. So we can create even more of this – energetically, for all. Because, like attracts like – and peace attracts peace.

This has become a powerful practice for me – not just as an expression of peace, but as a way of being. An anchor of dreams … a signature of my soul.

Dreams are signatures of the soul, said my guide. The candle lit a flame in you. You now carry this forward. ‘It’, like all things, is multidimensional.

The archangel was right :) The Light is important, and it does create alchemy.

Lighting a candle – or a daily sun salutation, or any practice which resonates – is always a blessing.

For us and everyone.

Neutral Ground

When events become increasingly complex – such as in our world, now – we do well to stick to what we know. To what is close to hand and grounds our sense of being. So we are not pulled into the surrounding and very real atmospheric tension. Because that helps no-one.

Our world is experiencing many ‘explosions’ of energy which can be hard to witness. Especially if we are sensitive energetically – and even if we are not. As the underlying global tensions shift and release, try not to label them. We don’t have to use the ‘W’ word or spread the energy of another’s narrative. Our planet – the Earth itself – is entering a collective healing and we are all part of this process, in some way. But with inner awareness, we can hold the neutral ground – because Light is also releasing and we get to choose what we embody.

Love FEELS better, IS better and is easier to do – especially in times of distress. Watching world events is distressing and so we advocate care for the Land, for shared substance and support – and most of all, the blessings for humankind … and all kind. It is this BLESSING which enables peace … this blessing. — Mr P.

When we observe events energetically, they loosen their grip and power over us. Our emotions … remain ours. Which means we can tend to them and to each other. With compassion for everyone involved. We discover a spiritual strength and inner courage – we don’t need to ‘take sides’ or give our power to someone else’s explosion, be it a world leader or a loved one. Instead, we turn to Love – to a higher realm and into our heart. So we can bless the energetics as a whole – in our own small way. And maybe our heart tells us to act. And maybe it doesn’t – which can be just as courageous, and, quietly, just as powerful.

The Inner Thermometer

When travelling, or walking, I take my little thermometer with me — to test the temperature of the land or field of energy I am moving within. It’s an inner instrument … my clue to what is going on beneath the surface — my equivalent of a pendulum.

Temperature is undervalued and no matter ‘the weather’ there is a temperature one can acclimatise to. — Mr P.

The Land has an energetic ‘temperature’, I am finding — which can affect and inform us. The Land is breathing and strong and changing … and we can feel or sense this flux within our inner thermometer — as information, as a way to settle and harmonise the senses and inner vibrations. So that we walk and move with the changes, rather than against them.

It is a beautiful connection.

A connection to the Land we walk — and to ourselves.

Of the vibrations around and within us.

Scared is proof of your commitment

My dear, have you considered that you are just a little scared and that is okay? It seems to me, you are trying to not be scared, and scared is proof of your commitment. — Mr P.

A moment of overwhelm … before writing my book, The Realms Awaken. And finding this channelled passage today, a recognition that in the early writing of my new book, I am also a little scared … of the wonder and vastness of it all. Of capturing the uncapturable.

But scared is not fear. Not when we are creating. It is a reaction to something beyond our comfort zone.

Mastering the energy of ‘scared’ will set you free.

And that, for me, means letting go … into the creation itself.

Beyond myself.

Into what wants to be written.

Into the beauty of it, just as it is.

The Child and the Stream

Going through my notebooks this week, I came across the following passage which I channelled a couple of years ago. It is different from what I normally write, but given that we are currently experiencing over 40 continuous days of rain in the UK (and much global upheaval and distraction) – and with this forecast likely to continue across many parts of our planet – I sense an underlying beauty and relevance within the message.

“There came in with the great winds the north, east, south, and west. There came, too, the rush of the rains. The Soul was swept clean of its burden, and still the rains came and the winds blew. And the people looked to the stars and their moon and whispered, holding hands outstretched: Please come to me, please come. And still the rains came and the winds blew, and even the earth tremored, and: Please! they cried, in anguish at the force. And so it came to pass night after night and day upon day. And still no answer from the heavens. Until, one afternoon a child, bored of the boredoms, wandered to a stream and clambering down the bank, laid himself upon the shallow rocks, head breaking the down-pouring stream, and he uttered: And now I know how you feel. And NOW we know, YOU TOO feel, said the forces, and so they retreated. And the winds calmed and the rain ceased. And the sun shone, just briefly through the clouds as the little boy sat up in the flow and said ‘thank you’.”

As we take cover indoors, Nature is calling to us – to unveil ourselves and connect with her.

And so the forces be. And so, the light comes in.

Forming new worlds

The formation creates the reality — Mr P.

When worlds shift, as ours is now, creativity becomes ‘hot’. Heat is energy in transit — and we are shifting our realities. Heat is flooding into the cold and hidden layers — of lower energetic density — while we hold our ground. With our hearts. In quiet and courageous ways. Collectively and privately — as reality transitions around us. (And I suggest that we really are better equipped for this era than we realise).

It can be uncomfortable work.

And also a relief.

Because though we might not have realised it, the direction has now been chosen. It happened a while ago, when we weren’t looking — a movement outside of ‘time’ into a new world. We know the world we wish to create — it’s in our awareness. Now is the time to do so. As we move from observer to participant — in our own beautiful way.

Light a candle, Child

Light a candle and make a blessing for the world’s existing peace. Not for a future day, but today, as it is, for more of it. It is important to light a candle … the Light is important, Child. It creates alchemy. Leave it lit, for a minute or more. This is the requirement. We thank you for this act.

This message, from an archangel, was given to me a couple of years ago, and I was guided to begin a daily practice of accumulating peace – and to share it with others.

I invite you to join me … to increase the energy of peace. Personally, I am gaining a lot from making this small yet powerful contribution.
