From Adrenalin to Vibrancy
My theme this week has been: Let it go. Let it come … words of wisdom channelled to me by RK (the Spirit of Rudyard Kipling) as I pondered the best way to share about our book and work. September is ‘doing’ time – but the being in me is a stronger force these days. Vibration and alignment, before action. And then flow … Well, that’s the idea, anyway :)
I am also noticing a certain vibrancy in the world; an energy which I’m enjoying, with a different quality to action of old ...
Full of vibrancy – my local beach in Dorset.
I am also noticing a certain vibrancy in the world; an energy which I’m enjoying, with a different quality to action of old.
Merriam-Webster: vibrant
1a (1) : pulsating with life, vigor, or activity
(2) : oscillating or pulsating rapidly
b (1) : readily set in vibration
(2) : responsive, sensitive
2 : sounding as a result of vibration: resonant
3 : bright
The vibrancy is in the air – in my cells. And, in the noticing – during a moment of illumination in my body – I also see its shadow: adrenalin. There, in the background. And if I really look, I see it everywhere. In all of us.
The balance between adrenalin and vibrancy (I am told by another guide who jumps in to comment) is that vibrancy invites, adrenalin avoids. Even with excited adrenalin, such as a cold swim in the sea, adrenalin contains an element of refusal. Physical adrenalin, if managed, is vital to our wellbeing and safety – and often the path of least resistance. But it’s the subtler, and often invisible and extended mental, emotional and energetic adrenalin we must observe for. To make sure we are inviting rather than avoiding … flowing rather than racing. So, we can be in alignment … here in the moment: connected to our source and true creativity.
Because even with creativity, we can quickly fall into adrenalin-fuelled creating. And maybe our world needs a little less of this energy and a lot more of the higher vibration and lightness of vibrant creativity. Our bodies certainly do.
Ultimately it’s more effective … and it’s certainly more pleasurable.
Let it go.
Let it come …
I invite you :)

The Poetic is the Magic
I have loved this summer. In many ways…not least because it has prepared me for an autumn of writing. My virgo blood, now rested and elevated by sunshine and warmth, is eager to put pen to new paper - and to explore my notes of the past 18 months. As I delve into my stack of journals, I am struck by the opening passage…

I have loved this summer. In many ways … not least because it has prepared me for an autumn of writing. My virgo blood, now rested and elevated by sunshine and warmth, is eager to put pen to new paper – and to explore my notes of the past 18 months. As I delve into my stack of journals, I am struck by the opening passage …
‘The poetic is the magic. Without the embodied magic you will not achieve what you came here to do.’ – The Spirit of Rudyard Kipling.
This guidance resonates for me on many levels. My summer was poetic and lyrical. I am healthiest and freest – and my most wise – when embodying the magic. And yet, my virgo blood likes order. But too much order, and we lose the poetic. The light in our eyes threatens to dim … just a little and the connection is lost. ‘Life’ – not the reality of our true presence – takes over. It is a thin line: a subtle nuance which alters realities.
So, as September unravels, I invite you to embody the poetic and weave the magic in.
You will achieve what you came here to do :)

August Gap
I am struck this week, by the energies of summer. Somehow, this summer feels different: more real. Maybe it’s just me, where I am at these days, but I sense a return to old values in the air. A return, in some way, to what it feels like to be a human…
Channelling a message from RK at the recent launch…it makes signing books quite magical!
I am struck this week, by the energies of summer. Somehow, this summer feels different: more real. Maybe it’s just me, where I am at these days, but I sense a return to old values in the air. A return, in some way, to what it feels like to be a human.
Of course we can never ‘go back’. But since time isn’t really linear (though we might operate in linear ways) it is possible to re-collect and re-connect with energies which serve us. Everything is available right now – at our fingertips in some way … if we focus on the energy of it, as it is right now, rather than the outcome of what we once ‘expected’. And in the slowing of summer heat, everything can land back down. It might look different, but it can feel the same. Better, even. It might not have happened, and it can also be here now. The energy of it. And this, I’m finding exciting: downing tools … to breathe, to let go and to invite the magic to do its thing. Like in my energy reading of ‘The Firebreak’, it’s the gap which enables the magical energy to enter.
Enjoy making your gap … however this looks.

A New World

We live in a new world. We are already here. And as with all transitions, it becomes easier once we position ourselves in the new energy. We have to: to keep our sanity and alignment. No matter what is going on around us; especially when it gets messy. Because then, we can be more help. We can shine a brighter light.
If you are a regular to my site, you will notice a difference. Less on the pages, as I prepare for my new book and the work in and around it that I am called to share. It’s a journey I have been on for a while – like many of us – moving towards clarity of vision and voice: a way of contributing which puts our soul into motion and our hands to good use. It comes with a sense of connection and simplicity … of everything falling into place. Of the magical, coming to life.
I look forward to sharing more of this magic with you.
