A moment of Solstice Light

The Light is there to support you — and it always begins within.

When the energetic world shifts, as it does when the seasons change, a moment appears. A vortex, of sorts — when the Light, invisible or seen, enters. We might look for the visible Light — our bodies do like this — but it is in the invisible illumination where another power lies: of the golden moments within the break of Light; where the goodness and the gold is found.

The winter solstice is an invitation to choose new gold. Wisely and with abandon, what is calling or peeping through. It will not be vastly different to what you have, or are, now. And it may be. But irrespective, it is there for you. The gift of winter solstice.

Which brings to mind a metaphysical quote I share in The Realms Awaken (in passage 41):

“To know of the challenge, one is the Light. What is darkened is within - out of reach. Temporarily ‘stilled’. It is this stillness which, given the conditions of awareness and a gentle sight comes to be known as Love through the open heart. How this heart looks: battered; bruised; crushed deeply, perhaps - matters not when the beam is allowed to erupt. Stillness, stillness - and you will find a new force.” — Archangel Guidance.

The winter solstice is a beautiful moment to connect with this illumination within us … perhaps it’s just a crack or sliver of Light. But go to meet it, and you will discover a seed within you. One which, with a little incubation and some fertile soil, holds promise for the spring.

The Light is there to support you — and it always begins within.

Here it is! … my new book

Here it is! … my new book — available to buy :)

First, I want to say thank you for being here — so I can share this special moment with you all. It means a lot to me.

The Realms Awaken: Metaphysical Observations is now live on Amazon (it may take a couple of days to populate to all territories). It is my first book ‘from me’ (as opposed to being instigated by my Guides) and includes many of the themes and guidance some of you will have experienced when working with me over the years. In fewer words and for the energies we live in now. This book was very clear as to how it wished to be — wanting to reach 20 - 40 year-olds, amongst other intentions (specific, I know :)) — so please do pass on details, or even a copy, if it feels true to do so.

But mostly, I hope that its energies bring as much comfort and inspiration to you as it did to me in writing it.

With much love and gratitude,

Delilah x

Letting it go.

‘Tell them why you wrote it,’ my Guide said. ‘How it is many books and every book … what it means to you’ …

‘Tell them why you wrote it,’ my Guide said. ‘How it is many books and every book … what it means to you.’

I forget sometimes how long I have been ‘writing my book’. How many manuscripts I have drafted and then thrown away, or put aside. None of them quite hitting the mark. Not that I knew what that elusive sweet spot was. But year after year, pages of words – beautiful wisdom and learning – would pass through my mind, body and hands … into the void.

In the meantime I was channelling, and slowly coming more to the page. The Teachings of Mr P is pure ‘dictation’, whereas RK pulled me into the conversation with A Metaphysical Conversation with Rudyard Kipling. But still, after 10 years, I had not written ‘my’ book.

Until now.

Because … I had to find my true self. And become the person who was ready to be the wisdom and learning, in my own small and vast way. The magical intent within my need to write also needed its ground to fertilise and grow from and into. I realised that it wasn’t just about ‘me’ writing my book; there are other additional forces at play, too. Co-creating it and within it. And I had to let go. Of all of it. So it could become. As it needed to be.

So my Guides are right. It is every book I have written and more. In far fewer words. And they have been there every step of the way. It’s a journey I could never have imagined – not in my wildest dreams. But somehow it has become real.

I look forward to sharing it with you on Friday :)

Glorious in the Sunshine.

Cold, crisp November — glorious in the sunshine. Which I seem to be becoming addicted to. My Guides have always encouraged me to soak up the sunshine and now I’m starting to understand why. A tangible sense of sacred energy, down-pouring. Filling my aura and soul. Settling the energy around me.

My new book — which I am pleased to say is coming very soon :) — had to be written over the summer, in the sunshine. ‘It’ needed the energy and coding sunshine brings. So a sunny day now reminds me of it, and of the lovely energy I experienced while writing it. Now at the final stages of the publishing process, I am very much looking forward to sharing it with you soon.

In the meantime, for the darker November days, I received some beautiful wisdom this week from an ancient oak tree near me. “The sunshine is still there, but you have to look for it in different ways,” it said. I saw it in the burnt amber leaves and felt it in the ground. Harnessing, for what is yet to come.

A word on the wise …

A word on the wise …

… the ones who take it gently and slowly in order to create the path of note. The path which holds and guides, even when they are lost and abandoned. The ones who allow pace without speed and variation without disconnection. The wise one knows how to say ‘no’ and how to embody ‘yes’; and, most importantly, ‘I don’t know’. They grow and they adapt, becoming clearer and more stable — even when their world falls apart. They laugh and cry knowing both — and everything — as two sides of the same coin. And one day they will spend that coin: payment, as a thank you, of a life well lived.

Eat well, sing well, love well

‘Eat well, sing well, love well.’

Sometimes we can need reminding that we are well — that the world is well. That we are, and will be, okay.

Our wellness comes from what we observe — for our heart, spirit, physicality and emotions. In the little moments — to shore up our baseline and our day. We can look for where it is well: perhaps in the colours and textures of the objects around us. Or the touch and softness of our skin; the feel of an autumnal apple in our hand; the pale sunshine glistening on the leaves. These are reminders and connection points to the fabric of life.

So we can eat well when we dine, sing well when we speak and love well as we move in the world.

Uncertainty and Truth

There is an energy of uncertainty in the world which I’m finding palpable. It is feeding into people’s narrative, occasionally disguised as certainty — and creating moments of overwhelm and inner chaos in many of us. The collective energies seem to be drawing closer and I’ve recently found myself reminding people to keep their ‘energy bubbles’ in place and the outside energies ‘out’. And to check whether the ‘confusion’ they are feeling is theirs or not theirs. Keeping ourselves ‘clean’ can be easier said than done; even when we abstain from the news and media channels.

Discerning what is ours, or not ‘ours’ is tricky. Everything is a mirror, after all. Uncertainty and truth are both the cause and the result of awakening (according to my Guide in a channelled discussion this morning :)) So how do we not become distracted into the dramatic and unnecessary? How do we keep grounded and our hearts open?

By keeping grounded … and keeping our hearts open. By turning up for ourselves in stronger and more powerful ways. As a practice. Gently, consistently — with care and respect for our energy and for others. So we can hear our truth through the energies. Through our hearts and not our heads. Especially when things are ‘uncertain’. Because that’s how we awaken.

Delilah

We live in worlds of forces and power. Some forces we use well, and others not so well — hindsight will often show us this. And some powers are misused, which can be hard to watch — giving rise to a sense of inability and the stagnation of wisdom.

All forces are rising. The enjoyable and the not so enjoyable. When faced with ‘a great force’ — whether a personal challenge or world atrocity, a group upsurge or spiritual elation — a moment of presence is needed. So we can adjust our hearing and turn to the softer calling — the one which could easily be overlooked among the noise and hubris of the world.

There are many layers of volume and sound. The first call may not be the call … the response needed when witnessing or experiencing a great force. Instead, listen and sense quietly: into the stillness which is always present. Let the Light within the sound be the marker. The lighter the call, the more aligned to your soul it will be.

And then we move with the forces of wisdom — and the power of our heart.

What is the sound you heard, but did not respond to?

It is a question worth answering.

Love,

Delilah

‘Once created, dreams create themselves’ — Mr P.

It can be tempting, with so much going on in the world, to push our dreams to one side. To not tend to them — energetically from our heart. To become a little despondent, within our tumultuous world. And when this happens, we lose a bit of ourself. We slip, ever so slightly, out of alignment.

It can be tempting, with so much going on in the world, to push our dreams to one side. To not tend to them — energetically from our heart. To become a little despondent, within our tumultuous world. A pause, pressed. And when this happens, we lose a bit of ourself. We slip, ever so slightly, out of alignment.

Our dreams — the ones balanced between heart and mind, buoyed with alchemical possibility; whether grand masterplans or smaller quiet wishes — are the wellspring of our creative inspiration. The dreams we have birthed need our attention; even if quietly, in the background of our awareness. And the dreams we have not dared acknowledge … these require just a little space. Perhaps before we are ready. So they can breathe, as we prepare to breathe life into them.

Because it’s not just our dreams themselves which are important. It is the ability to dream and use the imagination — in order to be in our imagination — which is so vital for our wellbeing, and therefore the wellbeing of those around us. Dreaming … not for outcome, but for the sheer pleasure of the act itself. So the alchemy can happen.

Just a little space … and allowing them to be. It can change everything.

Delilah

Let the Simplicity be Your Guide

I am practising the art of disappearing … as many of my friends can attest to :) In order to write my new book. It’s not a full physical disappearance — wouldn’t that be cool? — but a temporary disappearance from a version of myself.

I am practising the art of disappearing … as many of my friends can attest to :) In order to write my new book. It’s not a full physical disappearance — wouldn’t that be cool? — but a temporary disappearance from a version of myself.

I am letting the simplicity be my guide.

This new book, and the metaphysical guidance around it, is specific. I am used to writing — and to channelling — in coffee shops and all sorts of places. This work though, is rooting me to a specific place and a particular quality of quietness. It needs the sunshine — the Light energy to dance and formulate words in. And stillness. I am writing with the summer, in reverence to the simplicity — which I am finding quite beautiful. With a gratitude and humbleness for a world, and version of myself, I have temporarily disappeared into.

What is the simplicity calling you to?

It is easier to create worlds than we realise — and to collapse them, when needed. Let the summer create one for you, too — I recommend it :)

With love for the summer,

Delilah

Plan A or Plan B?

I am writing a new book. I have been ‘in the process’ of it for about a year … aligning to the new energies so it can ‘come in’. This book is not channelled in the way my previous two have been, but is requiring I immerse myself in the energies and information ‘in advance’. So, very much a work in progress as I move myself between the layers of what is insistent to become visible.

… which means, I am literally ‘between worlds’. And, as a result, I am finding it awkward to write this blog … with ‘nothing to say’, while simultaneously, the words want to land for the book and I have so much to say. It’s an interesting dynamic, as both the book and the blog are important to me — you, if you are reading this, are important to me — so I am going with it. It reminds me of guidance I was given a couple of years ago: “List what is ‘Plan A’. Everything else is (currently) Plan B.” … Plan A according to our heart and soul, not just our head. I say ‘currently’ because this dynamic — which indeed has a power to it — is also pushing at my concepts of ‘time’ and what it means to live outside of time. And, depending on which inner world or layer of reality we are operating in, things have different meaning and importance. What was Plan A last week, can suddenly become a weighty Plan B and what was nudging at the edges of our consciousness can suddenly become an all-consuming Plan A. It’s a fascinating vortex of possibilities which relies on our inner alignment to both notice the energies, and, choose according to alignment, not pressure — self-imposed or otherwise.

Higher frequencies require a different engagement with the concept and energies of ‘time’. So I have decided to remove what has become a limitation of time, of ‘scheduled’ blog posts. I have loved writing and sharing on the 1st and 15th of each month, but now the energies wish to move differently. Maybe less often, perhaps, sometimes more frequently if something wishes to be shared with you, and maybe little will change at all. But it is reflective of an inner change of ‘timing’ and power — of how I use my energy. I’m excited for it, and I’m sharing about it because it feels bigger than just my experience. When things come alive, they move differently. And this is what is happening to us all.

Love,

Delilah

West Kennet Long Barrow, Avebury

Part 2 of my day in Avebury with Peter Knight and Sue Wallace-Knight …

A day with Peter Knight and Sue Wallace-Knight — part 2

After lunch at Avebury Stone Circle, we headed the couple of miles or so to West Kennet. I am partial to a long barrow, having a similarly aged one within a couple of miles of my home in Dorset. They contribute a powerful energy into the land. But I had not been inside one. West Kennet Long Barrow is 100 metres long and the only excavated one, so I was looking forward to experiencing it.

Parking at the lay-by we had a half mile or so walk to the top of the hill. Before heading up, Peter and Sue led a water blessing of the River Kennet (its source begins not far from the little bridge we had to cross). It was a moment to pause and reflect, to watch the passing movement and aliveness through a visited past. All sacred sites are, or would have been, close to water. Peter reminded us that our planet only has a set amount of shared water (also information channelled from my guide, the Spirit of Plato, in my book The Teachings of Mr P.) and that we have to look after it. Whether here in the UK or on the other side of the world, we are sharing the same water. It was a beautiful pause into the continuation of life and respect for our elements.

I loved the long barrow … it’s so, pretty. Strange word for a ‘burial chamber’, I know. The large sarsen stones form a welcoming invitation (Peter shared that the largest ‘blocking’ stone at the entrance came later and is perfectly aligned to Stonehenge, 18 miles away). After Peter requested permission from the barrow for us to enter (which is not just respectful, but creates an altogether different experience and is a practice I also use for trees and all ‘entry points’) I felt into its soft energies. It is ‘deep’ and it is also more. After all the ‘outside’ energy of the stone circles, it felt good — a relief, even — to ‘go in’.

The energies take some adjusting to. The building is circa 5000-6000 years old (constructed approx 3500 BC) with the five chambers being located only in the front section of the barrow (the rest has ‘nothing’ in it) — 2 chambers on each side as you enter and one larger one at the end. Long barrows are considered ceremonial sites of burial and birth and also places our ancestors would come to, to commune with the wisdom of their ancestors. Twenty of us squeezed in, many of us accompanied by our drums. I was immediately drawn to the first chamber on the left by a gentle wise spirit of place: Come and sit here, she said. The energies go down into the Earth by the entrance, I was told, and into ‘the void’ in the furthest chamber. I was shown that the ground beneath is crystal, compacted, and told it is a place of ‘The Sacred Wisdom of the lower levels’: a Liminal Space — not liminal as a happenstance, but a created liminal space — to call the Natural Spirit to protect and fortify the Land. And then she told me to go join the others, in the large chamber.

The Mary Line runs through Avebury Stone Circle, over Silbury Hill, and through the length of West Kennet Long Barrow, we are told. Aligned with the Equinox sunrises, the stones and construction create a channel for the energy. This is a place ‘of the wisdom of the feminine’, which we, as a group, honoured with our prayers, our seeking of guidance, our drumming and gentle singing to the symbolism — which Peter and Sue are showing us still remains today.

I leave pondering, how do we take care of our dead and honour the ancient wisdom? Here is a place where it is possible to connect — to tune in — to the, physical and liminal, space in which many others have sat; contemplating the same questions, seeking the same solutions. A human made structure is a glorious thing … I wonder how many of our ‘buildings’ will survive 5000 years — survive in spirited wisdom, as well as place. And crucially, as part of the landscape and not a blot ‘on’ it. What is the energy, or combination of energies, we must include to create this continuity? Now that’s an interesting thought :)

Avebury Henge and Stone Circles

The first time I visited Avebury was about 8 or 9 years ago. I woke up one morning and suddenly had to go. I hadn’t researched it or been thinking about it, but was almost ‘moved’ by an invisible force into the car. Off I went, to explore. I have no idea why, or what was happening — or, what I ‘missed’. It remained a bit of a mystery. This time, it was an organised affair, led by the extremely knowledgeable and friendly Peter Knight — an authority on ancient landscapes — and Sue Wallace-Knight. A day with Peter Knight and Sue Wallace-Knight — part 1

And it was wonderful.

My memory can be terrible — so I made notes. Here are just some of the facts Peter imparted to us: Avebury is the largest stone circle in the world, though only about a quarter of the stones remain (the outer circle would originally have consisted of approx 100 stones, plus two inner circles). The stones weigh up to 100 tonnes each, with up to a quarter of each stone below ground. Like humans, the stones also have chakras (energy centres) — with two chakras ‘working’ below ground (I loved this — totally resonates). The stones — consisting of silica, mostly pure quartz which is a conductor — ‘pin’ the energy currents (which circumnavigate the Earth) into the landscape. As do churches. And in the 4000 years or so they have been ‘placed’ here, the stones have only eroded by about 3mm. Oh, and the largest aquifer in Europe is located below Avebury.

Avebury is an enormous site, able to hold many more people in ceremony than Stonehenge (18 miles away) — and very feminine in feel, by comparison. We were shown images in the stones, shapes of heads or animals … why certain stones may have been chosen. I was fascinated to hear from Peter that the stones are placed in pairs — a ‘male’ or yang stone, next to a ‘goddess’ or yin stone. Walking one of the circles, he showed us how they alternate (the masculine are taller and straighter (quite phallic), the feminine more rounded and wider (often with vulva-like indentations). With the moving of the sun at the equinoxes, certain ‘male’ stones cast their shadow into the crevice of a goddess stone, for instance. The balance of energies was the aim, we are told. And it does feel very balanced. Supported by the soft energies of the circular ditch — which would have been pure white chalk and filled with water (ritual sites have ditches on the inside, defensive sites have ditches on the outside) — by sunlight or moonlight, it would have been spectacular.

In previous energy readings I have shared about the Mary and Michael energy lines. At Avebury they not only meet, but it’s the only known place where they run together: for about 500 metres, through the Chapel to two enormous ‘entrance stones’. We dowsed the lines, auras and experienced the energies through the stones. Walking the site, absorbing the words, experiencing the energies … I was immersed in a feminine feeling of ‘receiving’. The old grandmother beech trees with their web of roots spoke such wisdom and I will be returning to Silbury Hill — a circular ‘pyramid’ in the Avebury landscape, constructed at a perfect 30 degrees angle so the sun ‘rolls down it’ at certain times of the year. It is said to be mysteriously solid (no tombs or cavities) but I would like to explore this close up, as, from a distance, I sense ‘something more’. There is just so much to see and experience; we were only touching the surface.

And yet, Avebury is also ‘too much’, I feel. There are so many stones available to connect with, each as powerful as the next — it’s hard to get an energetic bearing. There are some spots to ‘disappear’ and settle in, but I was struck by a feeling of overwhelm, of no distinct direction or ‘full placement’ … the missing stones creating a noisy frequency against the backdrop of a gentler sound. A lost city or civilisation without leadership perhaps? And yet the power from this site will be impacting a far wider spectrum: a node in the Earth’s energies, or perhaps beyond. It is what’s so glorious about it: the sheer scale and wonder at the intricacies of the placements … the astrological and cosmic alignments, the connections to other energetic locations. These are not just stones and nothing is a co-incidence here.

And neither will our visit be. The unfolding mystery continues — and we still had the best to come … we were heading to West Kennet Long Barrow.

Every so often I check in on my books online. And what a lovely surprise this morning when a review of one of them popped up :)

It’s moments like these – when someone is touched by my channelled words – that I write for. It didn’t start this way; the writing began as ‘something I have to do’. So the evolvement – or expansion – of meaning is just delicious … and to see another’s perspective of the work is fascinating. I don’t know who the reviewer is (which makes it even more special) but its so lovely that I want to share:

A Metaphysical Conversation With Rudyard Kipling: Delilah Sullivan

Our friend Edna passed me a magazine which carried a review of this book. Channeling and Rudyard Kipling - two of my favourite things. I had to have it.

Sullivan started chanelling in 2013 and was introduced to Kipling in 2018. The "passages" of conversation in the book (passages is her preferred word) postdate Covid. There are dark times in her recent past....

Kipling in spirit is a wise old thing. He regrets putting less intention into his life as Kipling than he did into his writing. He addresses Delilah as "dearie' which the reviewer found tiresome, but I find, well, endearing. Did Kipling in life call people "dearie"? Well, why not? It would be in character. His love of language embraced the vernacular. For instance he called his children "kids" and sometimes "beloved kids." "Dearie" is something he'd have heard his Sussex neighbours say....

He eschews the language of religion and the New Age. He doesn't speak about "God' or the "Unity" and all those other terms that are losing their vibrancy the more they're used. instead he says "Fortune". He says "Beauty". You know what, I'm tempted to start using them myself.

And he's still a poet.  Here's a passage I really like....

R.K. You know Delilah, when I used to write at my window, I would see the horizon upon the fields. Sometimes the horizon would speak to me. But I wouldn't listen. I would let it wash over me. but I wouldn't listen.

Delilah: What did it say to you?

R.K. It would say: Keep still while I look at you.

Love,

Delilah

Intercom to the Web

I was feeling a blankness as to what to write for this blog post. A feeling of a lot and nothing happening all at once. The world is a little like that at the moment, isn’t it? My Guide interjects …

What does your heart most desire?

… and how will you answer it?

Often, we can pose the question; rarely do we answer our heart with its own energy, meeting it where it’s at. Eye to eye. Heartbeat to heartbeat. Breathing together. You and your heart. Not thinking for it, but listening with it.

When we do, a portal opens.

Take a pen, some paper or journal … and have a conversation with your heart – a different one to ‘normal’.

You are expanding your portal.

And you are creating a web: the web of love.

‘… you and I are connected, we and others are connected, dimensions and realms are connected through our hearts. Your heart is your intercom to the Web of Love. There is only one entry point.’

Love,

Delilah

Green Fields, Spring … New Beginnings

I was feeling a blankness as to what to write for this blog post. A feeling of a lot and nothing happening all at once. The world is a little like that at the moment, isn’t it? My Guide interjects …

Guide: May we suggest that you delve into this ‘blankness’ … and what do you see?

Me: Green fields, spring … new beginnings.

Guide: That is exactly the energy we suggest you go with. And from there?

Me: Love.

Guide: And so, now you are ready.

And maybe there’s nothing more to say.

Except, I was then given another passage:

When one opens one’s heart, a courageous thing occurs: one forgets all that led to this place … this moment. Forgiveness ensues and spring blooms in one’s senses – no matter the season of one’s life. Love – in opening one’s heart to oneself – pours forth, to lighten all aspects of reality. It can happen on the darkest of days and the lightest. Because it is the courageous act, no matter what.

… and that’s where I will leave it :)

With an open heart to you and our world.

Love,

Delilah

Held in Suspension

Watching the dystopian-like scenes of some of our world ‘leaders’, it can be tempting to think this is ‘the world we live in’. But it’s not. The world has already changed – as I was reminded by my Guides this morning: '…it has already become a more loving and kind one. The stronger the Love, the stronger the resistance to it’. We have to remember, we are a humanity of growing love – even if we currently feel suspended in time or disbelief at the scenes unfolding before us. The power of this love might look invisible for now, but it is there … held in the non-physical.

My heart this morning is sitting with our earth. Watching men fight over the minerals of a country defending itself provokes a feeling of interconnectedness in me … a wish to give to the minerals of this planet, to send the frequencies of love and gratitude towards our Earth’s resources. It does make a difference to do so – to work in the non-physical in this way. And it also helps me ground … to return to the reciprocal nature of all things.

Maybe you wear jewellery made with gems, or have crystals or ornamental stones in your home and can observe the suspension of energy for yourself. A mineral, suspended between Heaven and Earth, connected with, and to, all other minerals: powerful in its potential and possibility. Rather like us, as humans. And, rather than ‘take’ this energy, we can give to it; enthuse it with wellbeing and light, with our love and appreciation. A suspended energy comes alive when given intention, and this is most powerful when an energy is mirrored to itself. When aligned and appreciated, it radiates. Empowering the stones and crystals, and earth energies, to feed the hearts and lungs – and feet and minds – of us, its temporary custodians, is perhaps the most powerful thing we can do. Give the energy back to itself, so it can become. So we can enjoy the reciprocal benefits.

First, we work in the non-physical. And then, the physical movement will come. We will know what to do, because it will radiate from Love.

With grounded beauty in heart and mind.

Love,

Delilah

PS. If, like me, you are called to meditate love and frequency into the world, I recommend joining Pam Gregory’s daily evening meditations (7pm GMT for 15 minutes – adjust for your time-zone). It is a voluntary collective energetic participation, from our own space and place, when we are able to. I have found the meditations very powerful and ‘active’ (with a tangible feeling of group hands and hearts). Joining an existing ‘force’ can be very beneficial – and I love Pam’s approach and intention … it is very much aligned with mine. Here is a short video from Pam about it – I think you will love it.

Reading My Thoughts

Since I began channelling (in 2013) I have often pondered how it might be – how I might be – if all our thoughts were visible to each other. Would I be able to maintain kind thoughts, ones I would be happy for everyone to see?

Since I began channelling (in 2013) I have often pondered how it might be – how I might be – if all our thoughts were visible to each other. Would I be able to maintain kind thoughts, ones I would be happy for everyone to see? … for strangers and people I find challenging, as much as for my loved ones? I consider the quality and energy of our thoughts essential to our wellbeing – and just as I don’t wish to place harmful or unhelpful ingredients into my body, neither do I wish to carry negative or destructive thoughts in my mind or mental field. Less is certainly more if it can’t be beautiful – or at least neutral.

This awareness – of a visible mind – arose as a result of the channelling. I live with the awareness that my guides see and ‘read’ my thoughts. As do my ancestors who have passed, should they be interested in my activities here on Earth. They witness – with loving kindness – potentially all that I think and feel. All of it. The good, bad and naughty :) This awareness has certainly helped me ‘clean up my thoughts’, and, as a result, expand my consciousness as I grow increasingly comfortable in my own multi-dimensionality.

But it goes further than this. A transparency – and purity – of intent becomes necessary for the energetic ascension we are on, or entering; for our collective world, and our personal growth and wellbeing. A podcast I am listening to which, for me, powerfully and beautifully affirms all of this and more is: The Telepathy Tapes. I thoroughly recommend it (and to listen from episode 1 as the information – and love – builds and layers) and I would go so far as to say it is essential listening for our times. Sometimes information just hits the spot. Right frequency and vibration, right moment, for it to land and break ground. To shatter what is in the way.

We are ready for clarity of mind and elevated energies, aren’t we?

Love,

Delilah
