There is Power, and then there is Wisdom

We live in worlds of forces and power. Some forces we use well, and others not so well — hindsight will often show us this. And some powers are misused, which can be hard to watch — giving rise to a sense of inability and the stagnation of wisdom.

All forces are rising. The enjoyable and the not so enjoyable. When faced with ‘a great force’ — whether a personal challenge or world atrocity, a group upsurge or spiritual elation — a moment of presence is needed. So we can adjust our hearing and turn to the softer calling — the one which could easily be overlooked among the noise and hubris of the world.

There are many layers of volume and sound. The first call may not be the call … the response needed when witnessing or experiencing a great force. Instead, listen and sense quietly: into the stillness which is always present. Let the Light within the sound be the marker. The lighter the call, the more aligned to your soul it will be.

And then we move with the forces of wisdom — and the power of our heart.

What is the sound you heard, but did not respond to?

It is a question worth answering.

Love,

Delilah

‘Once created, dreams create themselves’ — Mr P.

It can be tempting, with so much going on in the world, to push our dreams to one side. To not tend to them — energetically from our heart. To become a little despondent, within our tumultuous world. And when this happens, we lose a bit of ourself. We slip, ever so slightly, out of alignment.

It can be tempting, with so much going on in the world, to push our dreams to one side. To not tend to them — energetically from our heart. To become a little despondent, within our tumultuous world. A pause, pressed. And when this happens, we lose a bit of ourself. We slip, ever so slightly, out of alignment.

Our dreams — the ones balanced between heart and mind, buoyed with alchemical possibility; whether grand masterplans or smaller quiet wishes — are the wellspring of our creative inspiration. The dreams we have birthed need our attention; even if quietly, in the background of our awareness. And the dreams we have not dared acknowledge … these require just a little space. Perhaps before we are ready. So they can breathe, as we prepare to breathe life into them.

Because it’s not just our dreams themselves which are important. It is the ability to dream and use the imagination — in order to be in our imagination — which is so vital for our wellbeing, and therefore the wellbeing of those around us. Dreaming … not for outcome, but for the sheer pleasure of the act itself. So the alchemy can happen.

Just a little space … and allowing them to be. It can change everything.

Delilah

Let the Simplicity be Your Guide

I am practising the art of disappearing … as many of my friends can attest to :) In order to write my new book. It’s not a full physical disappearance — wouldn’t that be cool? — but a temporary disappearance from a version of myself.

I am practising the art of disappearing … as many of my friends can attest to :) In order to write my new book. It’s not a full physical disappearance — wouldn’t that be cool? — but a temporary disappearance from a version of myself.

I am letting the simplicity be my guide.

This new book, and the metaphysical guidance around it, is specific. I am used to writing — and to channelling — in coffee shops and all sorts of places. This work though, is rooting me to a specific place and a particular quality of quietness. It needs the sunshine — the Light energy to dance and formulate words in. And stillness. I am writing with the summer, in reverence to the simplicity — which I am finding quite beautiful. With a gratitude and humbleness for a world, and version of myself, I have temporarily disappeared into.

What is the simplicity calling you to?

It is easier to create worlds than we realise — and to collapse them, when needed. Let the summer create one for you, too — I recommend it :)

With love for the summer,

Delilah

Plan A or Plan B?

I am writing a new book. I have been ‘in the process’ of it for about a year … aligning to the new energies so it can ‘come in’. This book is not channelled in the way my previous two have been, but is requiring I immerse myself in the energies and information ‘in advance’. So, very much a work in progress as I move myself between the layers of what is insistent to become visible.

… which means, I am literally ‘between worlds’. And, as a result, I am finding it awkward to write this blog … with ‘nothing to say’, while simultaneously, the words want to land for the book and I have so much to say. It’s an interesting dynamic, as both the book and the blog are important to me — you, if you are reading this, are important to me — so I am going with it. It reminds me of guidance I was given a couple of years ago: “List what is ‘Plan A’. Everything else is (currently) Plan B.” … Plan A according to our heart and soul, not just our head. I say ‘currently’ because this dynamic — which indeed has a power to it — is also pushing at my concepts of ‘time’ and what it means to live outside of time. And, depending on which inner world or layer of reality we are operating in, things have different meaning and importance. What was Plan A last week, can suddenly become a weighty Plan B and what was nudging at the edges of our consciousness can suddenly become an all-consuming Plan A. It’s a fascinating vortex of possibilities which relies on our inner alignment to both notice the energies, and, choose according to alignment, not pressure — self-imposed or otherwise.

Higher frequencies require a different engagement with the concept and energies of ‘time’. So I have decided to remove what has become a limitation of time, of ‘scheduled’ blog posts. I have loved writing and sharing on the 1st and 15th of each month, but now the energies wish to move differently. Maybe less often, perhaps, sometimes more frequently if something wishes to be shared with you, and maybe little will change at all. But it is reflective of an inner change of ‘timing’ and power — of how I use my energy. I’m excited for it, and I’m sharing about it because it feels bigger than just my experience. When things come alive, they move differently. And this is what is happening to us all.

Love,

Delilah

Every so often I check in on my books online. And what a lovely surprise this morning when a review of one of them popped up :)

It’s moments like these – when someone is touched by my channelled words – that I write for. It didn’t start this way; the writing began as ‘something I have to do’. So the evolvement – or expansion – of meaning is just delicious … and to see another’s perspective of the work is fascinating. I don’t know who the reviewer is (which makes it even more special) but its so lovely that I want to share:

A Metaphysical Conversation With Rudyard Kipling: Delilah Sullivan

Our friend Edna passed me a magazine which carried a review of this book. Channeling and Rudyard Kipling - two of my favourite things. I had to have it.

Sullivan started chanelling in 2013 and was introduced to Kipling in 2018. The "passages" of conversation in the book (passages is her preferred word) postdate Covid. There are dark times in her recent past....

Kipling in spirit is a wise old thing. He regrets putting less intention into his life as Kipling than he did into his writing. He addresses Delilah as "dearie' which the reviewer found tiresome, but I find, well, endearing. Did Kipling in life call people "dearie"? Well, why not? It would be in character. His love of language embraced the vernacular. For instance he called his children "kids" and sometimes "beloved kids." "Dearie" is something he'd have heard his Sussex neighbours say....

He eschews the language of religion and the New Age. He doesn't speak about "God' or the "Unity" and all those other terms that are losing their vibrancy the more they're used. instead he says "Fortune". He says "Beauty". You know what, I'm tempted to start using them myself.

And he's still a poet.  Here's a passage I really like....

R.K. You know Delilah, when I used to write at my window, I would see the horizon upon the fields. Sometimes the horizon would speak to me. But I wouldn't listen. I would let it wash over me. but I wouldn't listen.

Delilah: What did it say to you?

R.K. It would say: Keep still while I look at you.

Love,

Delilah

Intercom to the Web

I was feeling a blankness as to what to write for this blog post. A feeling of a lot and nothing happening all at once. The world is a little like that at the moment, isn’t it? My Guide interjects …

What does your heart most desire?

… and how will you answer it?

Often, we can pose the question; rarely do we answer our heart with its own energy, meeting it where it’s at. Eye to eye. Heartbeat to heartbeat. Breathing together. You and your heart. Not thinking for it, but listening with it.

When we do, a portal opens.

Take a pen, some paper or journal … and have a conversation with your heart – a different one to ‘normal’.

You are expanding your portal.

And you are creating a web: the web of love.

‘… you and I are connected, we and others are connected, dimensions and realms are connected through our hearts. Your heart is your intercom to the Web of Love. There is only one entry point.’

Love,

Delilah

Green Fields, Spring … New Beginnings

I was feeling a blankness as to what to write for this blog post. A feeling of a lot and nothing happening all at once. The world is a little like that at the moment, isn’t it? My Guide interjects …

Guide: May we suggest that you delve into this ‘blankness’ … and what do you see?

Me: Green fields, spring … new beginnings.

Guide: That is exactly the energy we suggest you go with. And from there?

Me: Love.

Guide: And so, now you are ready.

And maybe there’s nothing more to say.

Except, I was then given another passage:

When one opens one’s heart, a courageous thing occurs: one forgets all that led to this place … this moment. Forgiveness ensues and spring blooms in one’s senses – no matter the season of one’s life. Love – in opening one’s heart to oneself – pours forth, to lighten all aspects of reality. It can happen on the darkest of days and the lightest. Because it is the courageous act, no matter what.

… and that’s where I will leave it :)

With an open heart to you and our world.

Love,

Delilah

Held in Suspension

Watching the dystopian-like scenes of some of our world ‘leaders’, it can be tempting to think this is ‘the world we live in’. But it’s not. The world has already changed – as I was reminded by my Guides this morning: '…it has already become a more loving and kind one. The stronger the Love, the stronger the resistance to it’. We have to remember, we are a humanity of growing love – even if we currently feel suspended in time or disbelief at the scenes unfolding before us. The power of this love might look invisible for now, but it is there … held in the non-physical.

My heart this morning is sitting with our earth. Watching men fight over the minerals of a country defending itself provokes a feeling of interconnectedness in me … a wish to give to the minerals of this planet, to send the frequencies of love and gratitude towards our Earth’s resources. It does make a difference to do so – to work in the non-physical in this way. And it also helps me ground … to return to the reciprocal nature of all things.

Maybe you wear jewellery made with gems, or have crystals or ornamental stones in your home and can observe the suspension of energy for yourself. A mineral, suspended between Heaven and Earth, connected with, and to, all other minerals: powerful in its potential and possibility. Rather like us, as humans. And, rather than ‘take’ this energy, we can give to it; enthuse it with wellbeing and light, with our love and appreciation. A suspended energy comes alive when given intention, and this is most powerful when an energy is mirrored to itself. When aligned and appreciated, it radiates. Empowering the stones and crystals, and earth energies, to feed the hearts and lungs – and feet and minds – of us, its temporary custodians, is perhaps the most powerful thing we can do. Give the energy back to itself, so it can become. So we can enjoy the reciprocal benefits.

First, we work in the non-physical. And then, the physical movement will come. We will know what to do, because it will radiate from Love.

With grounded beauty in heart and mind.

Love,

Delilah

PS. If, like me, you are called to meditate love and frequency into the world, I recommend joining Pam Gregory’s daily evening meditations (7pm GMT for 15 minutes – adjust for your time-zone). It is a voluntary collective energetic participation, from our own space and place, when we are able to. I have found the meditations very powerful and ‘active’ (with a tangible feeling of group hands and hearts). Joining an existing ‘force’ can be very beneficial – and I love Pam’s approach and intention … it is very much aligned with mine. Here is a short video from Pam about it – I think you will love it.

Reading My Thoughts

Since I began channelling (in 2013) I have often pondered how it might be – how I might be – if all our thoughts were visible to each other. Would I be able to maintain kind thoughts, ones I would be happy for everyone to see?

Since I began channelling (in 2013) I have often pondered how it might be – how I might be – if all our thoughts were visible to each other. Would I be able to maintain kind thoughts, ones I would be happy for everyone to see? … for strangers and people I find challenging, as much as for my loved ones? I consider the quality and energy of our thoughts essential to our wellbeing – and just as I don’t wish to place harmful or unhelpful ingredients into my body, neither do I wish to carry negative or destructive thoughts in my mind or mental field. Less is certainly more if it can’t be beautiful – or at least neutral.

This awareness – of a visible mind – arose as a result of the channelling. I live with the awareness that my guides see and ‘read’ my thoughts. As do my ancestors who have passed, should they be interested in my activities here on Earth. They witness – with loving kindness – potentially all that I think and feel. All of it. The good, bad and naughty :) This awareness has certainly helped me ‘clean up my thoughts’, and, as a result, expand my consciousness as I grow increasingly comfortable in my own multi-dimensionality.

But it goes further than this. A transparency – and purity – of intent becomes necessary for the energetic ascension we are on, or entering; for our collective world, and our personal growth and wellbeing. A podcast I am listening to which, for me, powerfully and beautifully affirms all of this and more is: The Telepathy Tapes. I thoroughly recommend it (and to listen from episode 1 as the information – and love – builds and layers) and I would go so far as to say it is essential listening for our times. Sometimes information just hits the spot. Right frequency and vibration, right moment, for it to land and break ground. To shatter what is in the way.

We are ready for clarity of mind and elevated energies, aren’t we?

Love,

Delilah

‘Energy Can’t Be Copied’

It was a mic drop moment. “Energy can’t be copied,” RK interjected, during a round-table discussion at my recent workshop. [RK is the Spirit of Rudyard Kipling]. I channelled the words, but was as blown away as everyone else. We put our pens and ourselves down and looked at each other. “Wow”.

“Wow”.

The power of the moment was multi-dimensional: pure electric presence as wisdom landed from another realm onto the table between us. A genius moment of insight in relation to our work and creativity in the world. The notion that ‘energy cannot be copied’ is not one I had considered before, not in that way … the way it was delivered. None of us had, it seemed. Of course it can’t be copied … and of course our creative work is valuable. Of course, of course, of course.

But it goes further than that, cutting through to the nature of reality, into our relationship with ‘time’ and much more. If everything is energy and energy cannot be copied, we enter a paradigm shift. There is no competition, no replication – no ‘past’ or ‘future’ – only the attracting and dispelling forces of a universe in flux and order, organising itself around us and through us, as we, in turn, affect it. Understanding this principle fundamentally changes everything. It frees our spirit, brings an influx of self-knowledge … and possibly, self-forgiveness.

Maintaining this energetic awareness is the key. We can so easily forget, pulled into the many patterns and illusions of a collective narrative which traps our creative spirit and sharpness of mind. We are more unique and free – and connected – than we realise: attractors and transmuters of energy; not dulled or lifeless copies. When we recognise that everything has more energy – and permutations of energy – than we initially notice, we can observe the underlying energetic infrastructure and reciprocal nature of a reality constructed of multiple dimensions and possibilities. Not copied, but connected. Alive and synchronised.

Just as that moment was.

Delilah

The Simple Intention

It was the simplest and most complex of questions: “What is an intention, and how do we set them?”

There are many books on the subject - the power of intention is a fundamental nature of consciousness - but my context is always the underlying energy: of the moment, the emotion, the desire. How, in answering, do I describe the energy of an intention - when the whole of life is an intention?

It was the simplest and most complex of questions: “What is an intention, and how do we set them?”

There are many books on the subject – the power of intention is a fundamental nature of consciousness – but my context is always the underlying energy: of the moment, the emotion, the desire. How, in answering, do I describe the energy of an intention – when the whole of life is an intention?

Here are some reflections:

  • Intentions are moments of divine creativity. They are thoughts placed into time and space … and therefore, action. What is specifically intended becomes a conglomeration, or collection, of energy … into being. We are always thinking, therefore we are never not intending. The clearer and more aligned our thoughts, the simpler and more powerful our intentions.

  • When I lead an Intention Setting Workshop I always include an energy tune-up. I guide participants into alignment with the energy of the intentions first: gathering from the senses and underlying psyche by reflecting upon and releasing the old – what has passed but may still be present – then, identifying (consciously or unconsciously) anything which may be preventing the true wishes to come through. In aligning the underlying psyche (including our emotions, thoughts and physicality) we create space and permission for the unrestricted wish or truth.

  • All wishes are intentions and all intentions are calculated projections; even if they don’t seem it at the time. An ease, softness and grace around this helps the body and soul settle, so the heart, gut and mind can include their desires. Then, inspiration can land. Finally, an alignment energetically to the updated awareness.

  • Intentions must be held lightly and with loving-intention. A ‘to-do’ list does not have the grace of uncovered and silently heard streams of consciousness. Writing – by hand (preferably on loose paper so it is not self-censored) – what wishes to emerge is often the kindest way of discovering hidden gems within. And then, they can be practically applied: small bite-sized intentions of action, or non-action, whatever the case may be. It is always the energy behind the action (is it chosen with love, or with fear) which is most powerful and lasting.

  • Once we become more practiced at this, intentions can be placed into any timeline: a year, a day … a moment, even. Personally, I currently like to hold them weekly (a word, chosen on a Monday morning, to subtly influence the background and underlying energy of my week) and also for each specific moment: a meal, a meeting … how I step into a room … how I breathe. After a while, they become a continuous guiding force … and then life really becomes magical.

A Multi-Dimensional Conversation

At the weekend I held a one-day workshop with my spirit guide R.K. in a gorgeous room overlooking Green Park, London. Eleven of us gathered to discuss, share and connect through the concepts and energy within my book, A Metaphysical Conversation with Rudyard Kipling. But it went wider than that: an energy tune-up for 2025, thoughtful comments and personal reflections – learning from each other – interjected by laughter and humour … and many wise observations and in-the-moment contributions from R.K. himself, channelled through me. A truly multi-dimensional, multi-faceted day of discussion with far-reaching possibilities. ‘It was an energetic transmission’, he later told me. It certainly felt powerful …

A truly multi-dimensional, multi-faceted day of discussion with far-reaching possibilities. ‘It was an energetic transmission’, he later told me. It certainly felt powerful.

The chosen venue was one Kipling used to frequent when alive. We walked some of the streets described in the ‘A Walk with Spirit’ chapter in the book. It was a bright clear day – the buildings shone: a reminder to look up and observe more as we walk the streets of our capital city. We really are just passing through time; in the footsteps of others, while creating new footsteps for the energies to come. It’s in this ‘between’ness’ the transmissions come.

And on Saturday, we were all listening.

At the table and on the walk.

Because, in some way, we all walk with spirit: our own inner spirit, the spirit of the land and place, and also the spirit of divine guidance. Our time together was a tangible and tantalising reminder of that.

Connected and spirited.

May you walk in spirit today and every day.

My Top Picks From 2024

I love this time of year – the liminal space between the 25th December and the start of the new calendar year – when I can feel energy moving and rearranging itself. I like to list the highlights of my year, including the books / films / music etc which have been most impactful … those which effortlessly come to mind and which will not leave my mind.

I love this time of year – the liminal space between the Solstice and the start of the new calendar year – when I can feel energy moving and rearranging itself. I like to list the highlights of my year, including the books / films / music etc which have been most impactful … those which effortlessly come to mind and which will not leave my mind. The retrospective awareness of what I have been digesting (and at times inhaling) creates a ‘joining-the-dots’ picture of emerging themes, as well as new data for the year ahead.

Here are a few of my highlights of 2024:

Favourite book: The Search for Hidden Sacred Knowledge by Dolores Cannon. The contents of this book fascinated me, pushing at the boundaries of possibility whilst simultaneously eliciting resonance and recognition ( … and was synchronistically complemented by Season 2 of Graham Hancock’s Ancient Apocalypse).

Also an ongoing favourite book: Hilma af Klint - Notes and Methods. I find the sacredly coded artwork of Hilma af Klint very powerful – randomly opening this beautiful book, letting the energies influence my day and creativity.

Favourite podcast: There are so many podcasts to rave about (aside from my own :)). I listen to them when driving; mostly selections from Rick Rubin’s Tetragrammaton podcast (check out the Es Devlin episode) or the Tim Ferriss podcast (check out the David Whyte or Jon Batiste episode). But the stand-out podcast episode for me has been Joe Rogan’s interview of Terrence Howard. It’s crazy and mind-bending and also not … in places echoing concepts channelled in my book The Teachings of Mr P. I have found it exciting to hear similar views around ‘no zero’, gravity, an alternative mathematics, etc.

Favourite film: Anyone who knows me well knows how sensitive I am to violence and suspense in films. Annoyingly so, at times. But The Tape (thank you Sandra, for recommending) ticked every box for me – ‘watchable’ and beautiful, its storyline and songs remaining with me for weeks. Martha Tilston is now a regular on my Spotify playlist (I think I have a girl-crush), and I loved seeing her live in concert this summer.

Favourite concert: Three favourites here: the Black Pumas, Angus and Julia Stone and the Teskey Brothers. All three far exceeded my expectations [note to self: go to more gigs].

Favourite song: Of the 27,471 minutes of Spotify I listened to in 2024 Maribou State was my most listened-to artist but ‘Satisfied’ (Ambient Remix) by Catching Flies probably sums up my mood of 2024. It’s on my ‘Morning Stretch’ Spotify playlist if you fancy a listen. [I love the annual ‘Wrapped’ feature on Spotify … which is the summary of my year’s listening: and surprisingly includes 1488 songs across 924 artists!].

And so, I witness themes brewing :)

Enjoy the recommendations which call to you … I would love to hear your thoughts and themes – and any recommendations you have, too!

With love for the end of 2024,

Delilah

The Unspoken Year

The ‘background unfolding’ – or journey – of 2024 will, in some way, be fascinating for all of us. even it we can’t see it yet. It will be holding magical intention and timing. In the meantime, and in answer to it: what do you see as requiring your attention … the subtlest attention and acknowledgement?

As December quickens before releasing, I’m taking a small moment to catch up with myself … to bring all of myself to this moment and place. To breathe more gently into my body and ponder the unspoken of 2024. Whilst not a huge fan of ‘Christmas’ and what it has become in the outer world, I have grown to love the winter solstice and its inner enticement. Edging from the shadows of the seasons, towards the light and its reflection, I’m prompted to ponder: what, for me, is yet unspoken in 2024? What has been silently happening in the background of the year I have lived? It is surprising the perspective which can emerge from a quiet moment such as this.

Letting the unspoken become a contribution to our year enables the background, or deeper well, of our experiences to voice themselves. It adds a richness and layering – the emergent nature, using time to softly ‘push’ something into our awareness. As we observe the natural cycles of reality and nature (and of a changing nature, at that) we, in observing, become ‘outside’ of the reality … and ironically, more present. This has enormous value, as it places us within a sense of opportunity … which will be a necessary skill for ‘the times’ ahead.

The ‘background unfolding’ – or journey – of 2024 will, in some way, be fascinating for all of us. Even if we can’t see it yet. It will be holding magical intention and timing. In the meantime, and in answer to it: what do you see as requiring your attention … the subtlest attention and acknowledgement?

For as with all things, lightly and with ease, is best :)

Wishing you a beautiful solstice.

Love,

Delilah

PS. Winter solstice is on 21st December (at 9.20am UK time).

Keeping the Vibration

This week, seven years after the paperback came out, I have published the ebook of The Teachings of Mr P. And it’s not a day late or a day too soon. The footsteps came and took it into the world. I was ready, and so was it …

My 2017 book - now available in ebook.

Sometimes we know we have to wait … and have the patience to enable the thing to happen in its own time. A divine timing which relies on both physical intervention and our private surrender. Incoming creativity … suspended in non-physical reality, held by our intention and divine strands of being. Invisible, but present nonetheless.

Divine cycles come – and sometimes go. We miss the moment, not ready in our eagerness to deliver this thing we have been brewing. Plans can change, not of our doing. And still we must listen, ear to the ground for untrod footsteps coming our way. Yes, yes! Oh, no … not this time. Oh wait … no.

This is when we must keep the vibration alive. It’s our job – our role in the creativity equation. To keep the senses and alertness to the next cycle … the next moment. Because the creativity requires our presence … and our patience. That’s when the muse smiles down on us – winks at us to let us know she’s seen our eagerness. And despite what life throws at us, we smile back: a non-physical exchange of quiet magnitude.

This week, seven years after the paperback came out, I have published the ebook of The Teachings of Mr P. And it’s not a day late or a day too soon. The footsteps came and took it into the world. I was ready, and so was it – or else it wouldn’t have happened. What unfolds now (in both the physical and non-physical realities) is the fascinating bit – requiring a different type of action.

What are you keeping the vibration for? Can you feel the muse looking at you? :)

Wishing you a beautiful start to December.

Love,

Delilah

PS. For those of you who are new to my work The Teachings of Mr P. is a channelled book from the Spirit of Plato. Downloaded in 2014–2015 it summarises and forms the foundation of my spiritual and metaphysical understanding – yet continues to stretch my awareness, becoming increasingly relevant with time.

A New Sense of Safety

There has been a lot of energetic change in our world since my last blog post. The US election was only one week ago, but the underlying shifting global energetics have felt tangible to me. We are finding ourselves in a new – if still somewhat subtle – reality. And it can be disconcerting to the senses.

During times of change and transition – as we move from one paradigm to another, be it in our inner world or external world – our perceptions of security can change … will change. Whether the change is deemed ‘good’ or ‘bad’, what was once safe is no longer what it was. The ground has moved somewhat. An inner wheel turning, out of sync with our outward facing persona. We might be silently and unknowingly exploring our sense of security – our psyche re-shaping it, to create a new understanding of the parameters of being. Of a reality we are moving, or being moved, into. And what was once an aspiration can become a sudden necessity … or suddenly redundant, with a feeling of ‘something’ needed for our inner complexities and harmony.

Periods of re-discovering safety can be powerful moments within the length of our lives. It is a special time. A liminal portal, best not hurried – offering awakening and fertile opportunity for mystical experiences. Like the labyrinth, we can weave in … to walk out. Inviting a natural re-adjustment and alignment between our inner and outer worlds.

Looking to the ground and nature – our sacred and constant Land – we can re-trace footsteps. Not to ‘go back’ but to walk in new ways. To rediscover and remember what we know. This month I have been taking different walks: along new footpaths, the ‘not so pretty’ turnings I previously walked past, and with new people: beautiful souls also looking to nature for the way. Safety requires new’ness – safety itself, also has requirements – which will often include creativity: a lifting of spirit and embodying what we have been silently brewing. Safety requires a new consciousness. Sometimes (always, I suggest) … safety requires the imperceptibly BOLD move. The one not reliant on outside circumstances but upon our slice of truth. The one our heart has been silently waiting for.

Love,

Delilah

Thoughts With No Direction

As a channeller, I have to look after my energies. My body and senses are my ‘tools of the trade’. As a channeller, I have to look after my energies. My body and senses are my ‘tools of the trade’. We can learn and integrate techniques to amplify our frequencies, however a form of ‘energetic stamina’ is required in order to maintain ongoing – and harmonious – levels of input and output. This requires practice and care – and often, trial and error. A never-ending cycle of growth and integration.

The best way to learn and fine-tune (unfortunately :)) is with the ‘more difficult’ or denser energies – and there are a lot around at the moment. Just ‘sitting there’, in the air and atmosphere. And to harmonise these, I find the softer climate of nature works best. It’s probably why I spend a lot of time channelling land energies now – a necessity as much as a pleasure.

Now, of course, we are all channellers in our own or some way and must all look after our energies. We begin from, and return to, the juxtaposition of becoming increasingly centered whilst expanding our observational awareness. It is an embodied and sensory observation from within our energetic body. We ground … and lift. When we ‘come back’ to ourselves in this way, we can then do a little energy clearing.

Useful at the moment, with all that is going on in the world, is to give attention to our crown chakra and the energies ‘above’ our heads. From a grounded position, we can let go of and clear what we don’t need anymore … the ‘talk of old’. We can release all the old thoughts* (and any thought before this moment is ‘old’). The thoughts which no longer serve us: the thoughts with no direction. Clear them all, so new thought can arise and be directed to where it needs to go … to where it wants to go. If it can’t be directed (usefully, non-judgementally and with loving intention), do not have it.

It is an accumulation we can do without :)

Instead, fill your body and crown with energies which harmonise and serve you right now. Protected, within your energy field, as it expands.

Much better, no? :)

Love,

Delilah

Within the Wings of Change

October is proving to be an interesting month for me, as I recognise a ‘happening’ occurring and emerging. October is proving to be an interesting month for me, as I recognise a ‘happening’ occurring and emerging. On an emotional level, experiences of the past year now seem more ‘surface’ compared to what is moving and awakening in my subconscious – illuminated by down-pouring from the mystical. Collectively we are feeling it, and personally I recognise the tell-tale signs of transformation. It can feel gritty and uncomfortable (as well as beautiful and effortless) with no tangible point of access as the shadow side of our experiences and what’s beneath them rises to give power to our lives and spirit. It happens when we are ready to shed and grow. And it is an essential part of awakening.

Holding our centre as we find ourselves within the wings of change is a powerful art. Truth will reveal itself, in subtle or sudden ways, and care must be given to our hearts – and feet – at this time. Every revelation is unique to us while also part of the wider tapestry. To soar, we must gather forces – and collectively, I feel this beginning to happen. And we must do it gently, with consideration to the beauty and preservation of the life so far lived.

October can be a heavier time for some of us of lighter disposition. Fortunately we have the beauty of the turning colours of the trees, and, perhaps if you are like me, the call to deepen into our work in the world. It’s a good time to write and immerse into the words :) … to connect with the joy which an opening subconscious can provide.

Love,

Delilah

Contemplating the Mysteries

Four weeks ago, compelled by a sense of the discoverable, I placed myself on an inner journey. I did not know the destination, but I did set an intention of the inner space I wished to traverse. Four weeks – from one new moon to another – seemed a perfect slice of time; in fact it became an elongated and expanded experience of time.

There is a beautiful art to observing our inner senses which relies on both surrender and alertness. It’s a stance I love, akin to that of contemplation – and is subtly different to channelling. When channelling, I rest down within myself to create an anchor to receive the information, whereas with contemplation, I suspend my senses in observation, connected through the thread which runs from my soul, or higher self, down into my physical self – and into the ground.

My reason for maintaining a practice of contemplation and mystical connection is not so much to ‘calm the mind’ in order to manage this life and world we collectively live in (though this is often the necessary first step for many of us), but to contemplate the thread running through all things. To ensure I am in alignment and to open myself toward the inner adventures and possibilities of feeling, expansion and beauty … and so, the inner landscape is travelled.

Contemplation relies on the intricacies of the psyche, so to begin with ourself is a very good place to start. Slowly, and gently. Outside of time and in a place of comfort. And then we can expand it upwards and outwards. If we do not resonate with connecting to our ‘soul’ as our higher self, a ‘sense of the mysterious or magical’ can guide us just as well. Allow the contemplation to have no barriers or bounds, but a clear thread which is anchored into the human self. Choose a body part to begin from and then expand it ‘up’. From here, with detachment and an opening heart, we observe and notice what we notice. The soul becomes able to ‘download’ to our human spirit a well of information and subtle guidance. Perhaps when you are asleep, as you have now given it permission to do so. It might be so subtle you don’t notice it, but after four weeks, space has been travelled, often in depth rather than ‘distance’.

As we maintain this connection, life lightens and rearranges itself around and through us. We become increasingly suspended and held by the thread, present to what is and the moment, as the destination hints at revelation in the mystery.

So, with the next new moon on the 2nd October, (2024) you may like to take yourself on a journey. I recommend it :)

Love,

Delilah
